Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized items (unless faulty or not as described).
• Items returned in a used, damaged, or unsellable condition.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
